1. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased on Servynk are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been completed. Credits are consumed when you unlock lead contact details. Unused credits remain in your account until used.
2. Lead Purchases
Once you have purchased a lead and accessed contact information, the purchase is final. We cannot revoke access to information already disclosed. If you believe a lead was misrepresented or you did not receive the advertised information, contact support with your transaction details for review.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or credit adjustments in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time and with supporting information.
