Finding the right service provider can feel overwhelming — but Servynx makes it straightforward. Whether you need a software developer, a marketing consultant, or a logistics partner, this guide walks you through every step.
Step 1: Post Your Requirement
Start by clicking Post Requirement from the dashboard. Fill in:
- Title — a clear, specific description (e.g. "Need a React developer for 3-month contract")
- Category — choose the closest category so providers are matched accurately
- Budget — set a realistic range; this helps providers self-qualify
- Privacy settings — decide what details (budget, company name, contact) providers can see before you engage
Step 2: Review Matched Providers
Once your requirement is live, Servynx surfaces providers who match your category. You can also browse Find Providers directly to search by category, location, and rating.
Provider cards show:
- Rating — aggregate score from past seekers
- Services offered — the categories they cover
- Branch locations — so you can find providers near you
Step 3: Unlock & Connect
When you find a provider you'd like to engage, click Unlock. This uses a small number of credits and reveals their full contact details, portfolio links, and direct message option.
Credits can be purchased anytime from the Credits page. New accounts receive complimentary credits to get started.
Step 4: Manage Your Connect
Once unlocked, the provider appears in your Connects tab. You can:
- Chat directly within the platform
- Rate them after your engagement closes
- Archive connects you no longer need
