Why Servynx for Freelancers and Agencies
Servynx connects you directly with seekers who have active requirements in your field. Unlike job boards, leads here come with budget, timeline, and specific requirements attached — so you can decide whether a lead is worth pursuing before spending time on a proposal.
Setting Up Your Provider Profile
A strong profile is the foundation of your success on the platform.
Services — Add all the categories you work in. The more precisely you map your skills to categories, the better your visibility to matched seekers.
Branches — Add at least one branch with your zip code. This enables geo-based matching so seekers nearby find you first, and so you can filter leads by distance.
Rating — Your rating builds over time as seekers rate your engagements. Aim for consistently high ratings by communicating early and delivering on scope.
Working with Leads
In the Leads tab, you'll see requirements posted by seekers in your service categories. Each lead shows:
- The requirement title and category
- Credits required to unlock full details
- Approximate budget range (if the seeker chose to share it)
Unlock leads that look relevant. Your credits are well spent on leads where the budget matches your rate and the scope fits your expertise.
Multi-category Filtering
Use the service pills in the Leads filter sidebar to see leads across multiple categories at once — useful if you offer complementary services (e.g. web design and web development).
Responding and Winning Connects
Once you unlock a lead, you can see the seeker's contact details and reach out directly. The seeker can also see that you've unlocked their requirement.
Speed matters — seekers often engage with the first few providers who reach out. Unlock and respond the same day a lead appears.
Growing Your Reputation
- Deliver within scope and on time
- Encourage satisfied seekers to leave a rating after close
- Keep your services and branches updated as your business evolves
